StandardMint Community Guidelines

STANDARDMINT COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

Effective Date: September 16, 2026

StandardMint is designed to give people a place to create, collect, display, verify, and transfer digital challenge coins.

These Community Guidelines apply to content and conduct within StandardMint. They are intended to protect users, creators, intellectual-property owners, and the integrity of the StandardMint community.

By using StandardMint, you agree to follow these Community Guidelines in addition to the StandardMint Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

  1. USE CONTENT YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO USE

Only upload, generate, mint, publish, display, transfer, or distribute content that you own or are authorized to use.

Do not use another party’s protected content without authorization or another valid legal basis.

Protected content may include:

• Copyrighted artwork
• Photographs
• Logos
• Trademarks
• Characters
• Sports-team branding
• Company branding
• Names
• Likenesses
• Military, government, institutional, or organizational insignia
• Organizational designs
• Other protected intellectual property

The fact that StandardMint or an artificial-intelligence tool can technically process or generate content does not mean that you have the legal right to use it.

You are responsible for determining whether you have the rights, licenses, permissions, or other legal authority necessary to use content you submit.

  1. AI-GENERATED CONTENT AND REFERENCE IMAGES

You are responsible for AI-assisted content that you choose to create, mint, publish, display, transfer, or distribute through StandardMint.

Do not intentionally request or use AI functionality to create content that violates these Community Guidelines or applicable law.

If you provide a reference image, you must own that image or have the right to use it for the requested purpose.

You should carefully review generated content before using it. AI-generated content may contain errors, unexpected elements, or similarities to existing content.

AI-generated output should not be treated as proof that a design is unique, accurate, noninfringing, or legally unrestricted.

  1. NO SEXUAL EXPLOITATION OR ABUSE OF MINORS

StandardMint has zero tolerance for content involving the sexual exploitation or abuse of minors.

Prohibited content includes:

• Child sexual abuse material
• Sexualized depictions of minors
• Grooming or exploitation
• Content facilitating or encouraging sexual abuse
• Requests for prohibited sexual content involving minors
• Content that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits a person who is or appears to be under 18

Such content may result in immediate content removal and permanent account termination.

Where required or appropriate, suspected child sexual exploitation or abuse may be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, law-enforcement authorities, or other appropriate organizations.

  1. NO PORNOGRAPHIC, EXPLOITATIVE, OR NONCONSENSUAL SEXUAL CONTENT

Do not publish or distribute:

• Pornographic or sexually explicit content
• Graphic depictions of sexual activity
• Nonconsensual intimate images
• Sexually exploitative material
• Content promoting prostitution, human trafficking, or sexual exploitation
• Content created or altered to depict a real person in a sexual context without that person’s consent
• Content intended primarily for sexual arousal rather than legitimate artistic, educational, historical, or documentary purposes

StandardMint may restrict or remove sexual or suggestive content when necessary to protect users, comply with applicable law, or maintain an age-appropriate service.

  1. NO HARASSMENT, BULLYING, OR THREATS

Do not:

• Threaten another person
• Harass or bully users
• Stalk users
• Encourage violence against another person
• Coordinate targeted harassment
• Repeatedly contact someone who has clearly rejected contact
• Publish content intended primarily to intimidate or humiliate another person
• Encourage another person to harm themselves
• Use StandardMint’s reporting tools to harass or retaliate against another user

Disagreement or criticism does not by itself constitute harassment. However, repeated, targeted, threatening, or abusive conduct may violate these Community Guidelines.

  1. NO HATEFUL CONDUCT

Do not publish content that attacks, dehumanizes, threatens, promotes hatred, or encourages violence against people based on characteristics protected by applicable law or platform safety standards.

These characteristics may include:

• Race
• Ethnicity
• National origin
• Religion
• Sex
• Gender
• Gender identity
• Sexual orientation
• Disability
• Medical condition
• Veteran status
• Other legally protected characteristics

Historical, educational, documentary, artistic, or counterspeech context may be considered when evaluating content. Context does not excuse genuine threats, targeted abuse, or advocacy of violence.

  1. NO PROMOTION OF SERIOUS VIOLENCE OR DANGEROUS ACTIVITY

Do not use StandardMint to encourage, celebrate, organize, or facilitate serious unlawful violence or dangerous conduct.

Content depicting weapons, military themes, law-enforcement themes, emergency-service themes, or historical imagery is not automatically prohibited. Such content must comply with applicable law and may not be used to threaten, target, intimidate, or facilitate violence against others.

Do not publish content that:

• Encourages terrorism or violent extremism
• Praises or celebrates serious acts of violence
• Provides instructions intended to facilitate violent wrongdoing
• Makes credible threats against a person, organization, or community
• Encourages suicide or self-harm
• Encourages dangerous activities likely to cause serious physical injury

  1. NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITY

Do not use StandardMint to organize, facilitate, promote, or materially support illegal activity.

This includes using the service for:

• Fraud
• Theft
• Illegal trafficking
• Money laundering
• Unlawful exploitation
• Unauthorized access to systems
• Sale or distribution of illegal goods or services
• Other criminal conduct

StandardMint is not intended to provide a means for transferring legal ownership of physical property, securities, cryptocurrency, regulated financial assets, or intellectual-property rights.

  1. NO FRAUD, IMPERSONATION, OR MISREPRESENTATION

Do not:

• Impersonate another person or organization
• Falsely claim affiliation with a company, agency, military unit, government entity, team, club, or organization
• Misrepresent who created a digital coin
• Misrepresent ownership or authorization
• Misrepresent a coin’s authenticity, edition, serial number, scarcity, or provenance
• Manipulate edition or serial information
• Falsify transfer information
• Mislead another user about the origin or status of a collectible
• Use StandardMint to conduct deceptive transactions
• Create content that falsely appears to be an official product, endorsement, award, credential, or communication

Parody, satire, tribute content, and fan-created content must not be presented in a manner that is likely to deceive users about its source or authorization.

  1. RESPECT PRIVACY

Do not publish another person’s sensitive or private information without authorization.

Examples include:

• Home addresses
• Personal telephone numbers
• Private email addresses
• Financial account information
• Authentication credentials
• Government identification information
• Medical information
• Precise private location information
• Sensitive private communications
• Other information that creates a meaningful privacy or safety risk

Do not use StandardMint to dox, expose, intimidate, or threaten another person.

  1. NO NONCONSENSUAL USE OF ANOTHER PERSON’S IDENTITY

Do not use another person’s photograph, likeness, identity, name, voice, or personal information in a deceptive, exploitative, defamatory, harassing, or otherwise unlawful manner.

Public availability of an image, name, or other information does not automatically give you the right to use it.

Content involving a real person may be restricted or removed if it creates a meaningful risk of impersonation, deception, harassment, exploitation, or harm.

  1. NO MALICIOUS OR ABUSIVE PLATFORM ACTIVITY

Do not:

• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
• Circumvent authentication or security controls
• Evade moderation systems
• Circumvent purchase requirements, subscriptions, or usage limits
• Manipulate ownership, edition, serial, or transfer records
• Exploit technical vulnerabilities for an unauthorized advantage
• Upload malware or malicious code
• Disrupt or overload the service
• Abuse StandardMint APIs
• Use unauthorized automated systems, bots, or scraping tools
• Spam other users
• Create accounts primarily to evade prior enforcement
• Submit knowingly false ownership or infringement claims
• Attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, or compromise StandardMint

If you discover a possible security vulnerability, do not exploit it. Report it to info@globalanalyticsolutions.com.

  1. REPORTING CONTENT OR USERS

StandardMint provides tools for reporting potentially prohibited content and conduct.

Use Report Coin when you believe a digital coin or its associated content violates these Community Guidelines.

Use Report User when you believe another user’s profile or conduct violates these Community Guidelines.

Reports should be submitted in good faith and should include an accurate reason for the report.

Knowingly false, retaliatory, duplicative, or abusive reporting may itself violate these Community Guidelines.

You may also contact info@globalanalyticsolutions.com regarding serious safety, moderation, intellectual-property, or policy concerns.

If you believe someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency services or law-enforcement authorities. StandardMint’s reporting tools are not emergency services.

  1. REVIEW OF REPORTS

We review reports concerning potentially prohibited content or conduct as promptly as reasonably practicable.

Urgent safety issues and reports involving potential harm to minors may receive priority.

Depending on the circumstances, we may:

• Restrict content visibility
• Remove content
• Prevent content from being published
• Limit account functionality
• Restrict transfers
• Suspend an account
• Terminate an account
• Request additional information
• Preserve records for security or legal purposes
• Refer a matter to appropriate authorities where required or appropriate
• Take other action reasonably necessary to protect users and the service

Submitting a report does not guarantee a particular outcome or immediate removal of content.

We may be unable to provide detailed information about an investigation, enforcement decision, or another user’s account due to privacy, security, or legal considerations.

  1. BLOCKING USERS

StandardMint provides a Block User feature on supported user profiles.

You may use Block User when you do not want supported interactions with, or content from, another user.

Blocking is intended to prevent supported interactions and reduce the visibility of content associated with the blocked user. It may not prevent every possible encounter with that user or the user’s content in all contexts.

Blocking a user does not automatically submit a report. If you believe that the user has violated these Community Guidelines, use Report User in addition to Block User.

A blocked user may not use alternate accounts or other methods to evade the block or continue unwanted contact.

  1. INTELLECTUAL-PROPERTY COMPLAINTS

If you believe content available through StandardMint infringes your copyright, trademark, likeness rights, publicity rights, or other intellectual property, contact:

info@globalanalyticsolutions.com

Your complaint should include:

• Your full name and contact information
• Identification of the protected work, mark, identity, or right
• Identification of the allegedly infringing content
• Information sufficient to locate the content within StandardMint
• An explanation of your rights or authority to act for the rights holder
• Supporting documentation where reasonably available
• A statement that the information supplied is accurate and submitted in good faith

We may request additional information before acting on a complaint.

We may temporarily restrict content while reviewing a complaint.

Repeated infringement or repeated submission of unauthorized content may result in content removal, account restrictions, suspension, or termination.

  1. CONTENT FILTERING AND MODERATION SYSTEMS

StandardMint may use automated systems, third-party safety tools, technical filters, human review, or combinations of these methods to detect, prevent, restrict, or evaluate potentially prohibited content.

Content may be evaluated before or after it is published.

Automated systems and moderation processes are not perfect. Content that passes an automated review may still be reviewed, restricted, or removed if it violates these Community Guidelines.

Content restricted by an automated system may be reviewed further where appropriate.

You may not attempt to evade content filters or moderation controls by altering spelling, imagery, metadata, account information, or other content characteristics.

  1. ENFORCEMENT

Enforcement decisions may consider:

• Severity
• Context
• Potential harm
• Prior violations
• Intent
• Whether conduct was repeated
• Whether a user attempted to evade moderation
• Applicable legal obligations
• Risk to other users or the service
• Cooperation with an investigation

Enforcement actions may include:

• Warning
• Reduced visibility
• Content rejection
• Content removal
• Feature restrictions
• Transfer restrictions
• Temporary suspension
• Permanent account termination

Serious violations may result in immediate action without a prior warning.

StandardMint may also take action when content or conduct creates a meaningful safety, legal, security, or operational risk, even if the exact conduct is not specifically described in these Community Guidelines.

  1. EMERGENCY SITUATIONS

StandardMint’s reporting system is not an emergency service and is not continuously monitored for emergency response.

If you believe someone is in immediate danger, there is an ongoing emergency, or a crime is actively occurring, contact the appropriate emergency services or law-enforcement authorities in your jurisdiction.

Do not rely on a StandardMint report or email as a substitute for contacting emergency services.

  1. APPEALS AND QUESTIONS

If you believe moderation or enforcement action was taken in error, you may contact us and explain why you believe the decision should be reconsidered.

Include sufficient information for us to identify the affected account, content, or enforcement action.

Submitting an appeal does not guarantee that the decision will be reversed.
