STANDARDMINT TERMS OF USE

Effective Date: September 16, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of StandardMint, a product and service of Global Analytic Solutions LLC.

In these Terms, “Global Analytic Solutions,” “StandardMint,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Global Analytic Solutions LLC and the StandardMint service.

By accessing or using StandardMint, you agree to these Terms, the StandardMint Privacy Policy, and the StandardMint Community Guidelines.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use StandardMint.

1. APPLE APP STORE LICENSE

StandardMint is distributed through Apple’s App Store.

Unless Global Analytic Solutions LLC expressly provides a separate custom end-user license agreement through Apple, your license to use the StandardMint iOS application is governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

These Terms govern your StandardMint account, use of the StandardMint service, user content, digital collectibles, community features, consumable purchases, transfers, and related services. They supplement the applicable Apple terms.

If these Terms conflict with mandatory Apple App Store terms concerning the license or use of the iOS application, the applicable Apple terms control to the extent of the conflict.

Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for StandardMint except to the extent required by applicable law or Apple’s own terms.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You may use StandardMint only if you are legally permitted to do so.

StandardMint is not directed to children under 13.

You may not create or use a StandardMint account if you are under 13.

If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use StandardMint only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.

If you permit a minor to use StandardMint, you are responsible for supervising that use, reviewing purchases, and ensuring compliance with these Terms.

You may not use StandardMint if applicable law prohibits you from receiving or using the service.

1. ACCOUNTS

Certain StandardMint functionality requires a registered account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep your account information reasonably current
• Maintain the security of your account and device
• Protect your authentication credentials
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for activity conducted through your account to the extent permitted by law

You may not:

• Impersonate another person or organization
• Create an account using information you are not authorized to use
• Sell or improperly transfer access to your account
• Attempt to access another person’s account
• Circumvent authentication or account-security mechanisms
• Create accounts to evade suspension, termination, blocking, or moderation
• Allow another person to use your account in a manner that violates these Terms

Notify us at info@globalanalyticsolutions.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

1. DIGITAL CHALLENGE COINS

StandardMint allows users to create, mint, collect, display, verify, and transfer digital challenge coins.

A StandardMint mint creates a digital collectible record within the StandardMint service.

Unless a feature expressly states otherwise, minting a digital coin through StandardMint does not place an order for, manufacture, or deliver a physical challenge coin.

StandardMint digital collectibles are not:

• Cryptocurrency
• Non-fungible tokens recorded on a blockchain
• Securities
• Financial investments
• Bank deposits
• Stored monetary value
• Legal tender
• Claims against Global Analytic Solutions LLC for cash
• Guarantees of financial appreciation
• Proof of legal ownership of underlying intellectual property
• Government-issued credentials or certifications

No representation is made that a StandardMint digital coin will have any resale, investment, or monetary value.

1. COIN MINTS

A Coin Mint is a digital resource used to mint one completed digital challenge coin edition within StandardMint.

Using a Coin Mint does not create or deliver a physical product.

A Coin Mint does not guarantee that:

• Submitted content is legally authorized
• Artwork is unique
• Generated content is noninfringing
• A coin will have monetary or resale value
• A design will be accepted if it violates these Terms or the Community Guidelines
• A minting request will succeed if technical, safety, legal, or security restrictions prevent completion

A Coin Mint is generally consumed when a qualifying mint request is successfully completed.

StandardMint may restore a Coin Mint when a qualifying request fails due to a verified technical error before the digital coin is created.

1. EDITIONS, SERIAL SLOTS, AND SERIAL NUMBERS

StandardMint may allow a creator to define an edition size and mint serial-numbered digital coin instances.

Serial Slots are digital resources used to create authorized numbered instances within a digital coin edition.

The number of Serial Slots required for an edition may correspond to the number of serial-numbered instances requested.

Serial numbers identify authorized instances of a particular StandardMint edition within the service.

A StandardMint serial number does not establish:

• Copyright ownership
• Trademark ownership
• Ownership of a logo, image, name, likeness, or other underlying intellectual property
• That the associated artwork is unique outside StandardMint
• That similar artwork has never been created by another person
• Government certification or endorsement
• Affiliation with a military, government, law-enforcement, corporate, educational, athletic, or other organization
• Ownership of a physical object
• Monetary value

You remain responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to use all content associated with a digital coin.

1. YOUR CONTENT

“Your content” includes artwork, photographs, reference images, text, names, profile information, coin information, descriptions, reports, and other material that you submit, upload, generate, publish, or make available through StandardMint.

You retain whatever rights you legally hold in your content.

You grant Global Analytic Solutions LLC a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, resize, crop, transform, transmit, display, moderate, analyze, and otherwise use your content to the extent reasonably necessary to:

• Operate StandardMint
• Provide features you request
• Display your content according to applicable account and visibility settings
• Generate or process artwork
• Create and maintain digital collectibles
• Facilitate transfers
• Provide verification and serial-number functionality
• Review reports and intellectual-property complaints
• Enforce these Terms and the Community Guidelines
• Maintain security and prevent fraud or abuse
• Comply with applicable law and valid legal process
• Create operational backups

This license does not transfer ownership of your intellectual property to Global Analytic Solutions LLC.

The license continues for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain valid collectible and transfer records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or protect users.

You represent that you have all rights, licenses, permissions, and lawful authority necessary to provide and use content that you submit.

1. CONTENT VISIBILITY

StandardMint may include public profiles, public digital coins, collections, creator information, serial information, and other community features.

Content designated as public may be visible to other users.

Do not publish content that you do not want other users to see.

Changing a visibility setting or deleting content may not remove copies already viewed, captured, transferred, retained in operational backups, preserved for legal purposes, or incorporated into valid collectible and transfer records.

We do not guarantee that other users will not capture, copy, or misuse content made visible to them.

1. INTELLECTUAL-PROPERTY RESPONSIBILITIES

You may not upload, generate, mint, publish, display, transfer, or distribute content through StandardMint unless you have the legal right to use it.

Without authorization or another valid legal basis, you may not use:

• Copyrighted artwork
• Company or product logos
• Professional or collegiate sports logos
• Trademarks
• Branded characters
• Photographs
• Music or entertainment properties
• Names, images, voices, or likenesses of other people
• Military, government, police, organizational, or institutional insignia where use is restricted
• Other protected intellectual property

StandardMint’s technical ability to accept, process, generate, display, or mint content does not mean that the content is legally authorized.

You are responsible for determining whether you have sufficient rights before using content.

1. AI-ASSISTED CONTENT

StandardMint may offer AI-assisted artwork, image generation, image processing, reference-image functionality, and related tools.

AI-generated or AI-assisted content:

• May not be unique
• May resemble existing material
• May contain inaccuracies
• May include unexpected or unwanted elements
• May not qualify for intellectual-property protection
• May implicate third-party rights
• May not satisfy your intended purpose

You are responsible for reviewing AI-assisted content before using, minting, publishing, displaying, transferring, or distributing it.

Providing a reference image represents that you have the legal right to use that image for the requested purpose.

You may not intentionally use AI features to generate unlawful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, sexually exploitative, or otherwise prohibited content.

StandardMint may reject or restrict an AI request or generated result when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, security, or enforcement of these Terms.

Use of an AI Image Token does not guarantee that the resulting output will meet your preferences or qualify for intellectual-property protection.

StandardMint may restore an AI Image Token when a qualifying generation request fails due to a verified technical error before an image is delivered.

1. FREE STANDARDMINT MEMBERSHIP

A basic StandardMint membership is currently available without a recurring membership fee.

An eligible free account receives the following monthly allowance:

• 1 Coin Mint
• 5 AI Image Tokens
• 10 Serial Slots

These free monthly resources are provided for supported StandardMint functionality.

No Apple subscription is required to receive the standard free monthly allowance.

Eligibility for a monthly allowance may require an account to remain active, valid, and in compliance with these Terms.

The timing of each monthly allowance may be based on the account’s established monthly service cycle or another cycle displayed within StandardMint.

Free monthly resources:

• Are not money
• Have no cash value
• Are not cryptocurrency
• Are not investments
• Cannot be redeemed for cash
• Cannot be withdrawn to a bank or payment account
• Cannot be sold or independently transferred
• May be used only for supported StandardMint functionality

Free monthly resources may reset rather than accumulate from month to month unless StandardMint expressly indicates otherwise.

We may modify the amount or availability of future free monthly allowances as StandardMint evolves.

Changes to free allowances will not retroactively convert, remove, or reduce separately purchased consumable balances merely because the free allowance changes.

1. CONSUMABLE IN-APP PURCHASES

StandardMint may offer optional consumable digital products through Apple’s In-App Purchase system.

Available product categories may include:

• AI Image Tokens
• Coin Mints
• Serial Slots

These products provide additional quantities beyond the free monthly allowance.

The quantity, price, and description of each product will be displayed before purchase.

Consumable products:

• Are digital resources for supported StandardMint functionality
• Are not money
• Have no cash value
• Are not cryptocurrency
• Are not investments
• Cannot be redeemed for cash
• Cannot be withdrawn to a bank or payment account
• Cannot be independently sold or transferred

Separately purchased consumable resources do not expire solely because time passes unless a different condition is clearly disclosed before purchase and permitted by applicable law and Apple policy.

Access to purchased resources may be affected by account deletion, fraud prevention, chargebacks, legal requirements, account termination for violations, technical limitations, or discontinuation of the service.

Consumable purchases may not be restorable through Apple’s standard Restore Purchases function.

StandardMint may maintain server-side balances associated with your StandardMint account where supported.

You are responsible for using the correct StandardMint account when purchasing or consuming digital resources.

1. USE AND ACCOUNTING OF DIGITAL RESOURCES

StandardMint may display free, promotional, and separately purchased resources through a combined account balance.

The service may maintain internal records distinguishing between free, promotional, and purchased resources.

Resources may be deducted according to the service’s accounting rules when a supported action is successfully completed.

Resources are not consumed merely because they appear in an account balance.

A request may consume more than one type of resource. For example, minting an edition may require both a Coin Mint and a sufficient number of Serial Slots.

The app will display applicable requirements before a supported action is completed where reasonably practicable.

You may not manipulate, duplicate, falsify, or circumvent resource balances, purchase records, usage limits, or accounting systems.

1. APPLE BILLING AND REFUNDS

Apple processes payments for StandardMint In-App Purchases.

Apple’s applicable billing, payment, taxation, cancellation, and refund rules apply to App Store transactions.

Global Analytic Solutions LLC does not receive your complete payment-card credentials.

Requests for refunds of App Store purchases must generally be directed to Apple and are subject to Apple’s refund policies and applicable law.

Information about requesting a refund from Apple is available at:

Global Analytic Solutions LLC cannot guarantee that Apple will approve a refund request.

If Apple reverses, refunds, revokes, or invalidates a transaction, StandardMint may remove or adjust the corresponding digital resources or purchased benefits.

If the associated resources have already been consumed, StandardMint may adjust the account balance, restrict affected functionality, or take other appropriate action to reconcile the reversed transaction.

1. PROMOTIONAL RESOURCES

StandardMint may provide promotional resources, introductory allowances, bonus balances, or other complimentary benefits.

Promotional benefits are not purchased property and may be subject to separate eligibility, usage, expiration, or redemption conditions disclosed when they are offered.

Promotional benefits may be limited, modified, replaced, suspended, or discontinued prospectively.

Abuse of a promotion may result in removal of promotional benefits or account restrictions.

Global Analytic Solutions LLC will not retroactively convert purchased consumable balances into promotional balances merely because a promotion changes.

1. TRANSFERS

StandardMint may allow eligible digital coin instances to be transferred between users.

Before completing a transfer, you are responsible for confirming:

• The intended recipient
• The digital coin
• The serial number or numbers
• The number of instances being transferred
• Applicable retransfer permissions
• Any other transfer conditions displayed by StandardMint

A transfer may change which StandardMint account is recorded as the holder of a digital coin instance.

A digital collectible transfer does not automatically transfer:

• Copyright
• Trademark rights
• Licensing rights
• Publicity rights
• Rights to a person’s identity or likeness
• Ownership of underlying artwork
• Ownership of a physical object
• Any other intellectual-property right

Transfers may be irreversible once completed.

Global Analytic Solutions LLC is not responsible for a transfer completed using inaccurate recipient information supplied or confirmed by a user, except to the extent required by applicable law.

You may not manipulate, falsify, or circumvent transfer, ownership, edition, or serial-number records.

1. RETRANSFER PERMISSIONS

A creator or transferring user may be able to designate whether a recipient can transfer a particular digital coin instance again.

You must comply with retransfer restrictions displayed within StandardMint.

A technical permission to transfer a digital coin does not grant permission to use, reproduce, commercially exploit, or license the underlying artwork or intellectual property.

StandardMint may prevent, reverse, suspend, or investigate a transfer when reasonably necessary to address fraud, technical error, unauthorized account access, legal requirements, or violations of these Terms.

1. NO MARKETPLACE OR ESCROW SERVICE

Unless StandardMint expressly releases a feature stating otherwise, StandardMint does not provide a marketplace, auction service, brokerage service, payment service, escrow service, or valuation service for user-to-user transfers.

StandardMint does not guarantee the identity, authority, honesty, or reliability of another user.

Any arrangement made outside StandardMint concerning payment or consideration for a digital coin is outside the supported transfer functionality and is undertaken at the users’ own risk.

StandardMint does not guarantee that a digital coin can be sold, exchanged for money, or transferred outside the service.

1. USER-GENERATED CONTENT AND COMMUNITY FEATURES

StandardMint may include:

• Public profiles
• Public digital coins
• Creator pages
• Collections
• Likes or similar interactions
• Transfer records
• Reports
• Blocking
• Other user-generated-content features

Content may be subject to automated filtering, third-party safety tools, human review, or combinations of these methods.

You agree to follow the StandardMint Community Guidelines.

The fact that content remains available does not mean that Global Analytic Solutions LLC approves, endorses, verifies, or accepts responsibility for it.

1. REPORTING AND BLOCKING

Use Report Coin when you believe a digital coin or its associated content violates these Terms or the Community Guidelines.

Use Report User when you believe another user’s profile or conduct violates these Terms or the Community Guidelines.

Use Block User when you want to prevent supported interactions with, or reduce the visibility of content from, another user.

Blocking a user does not automatically submit a report. If you believe a violation occurred, submit a separate Report User report.

Reports must be submitted in good faith.

Knowingly false, retaliatory, duplicative, or abusive reports may result in enforcement action.

Reports and blocking tools are not emergency services. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency services or law-enforcement authorities.

1. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You may not use StandardMint to:

• Violate applicable law
• Infringe intellectual-property rights
• Violate privacy or publicity rights
• Harass, bully, stalk, threaten, or intimidate another person
• Promote hatred or discriminatory abuse
• Exploit or endanger minors
• Create, request, possess, or distribute child sexual abuse material
• Publish pornographic, sexually exploitative, or nonconsensual intimate content
• Promote serious violence, terrorism, self-harm, or unlawful activity
• Commit or facilitate fraud
• Misrepresent the authenticity, scarcity, creator, owner, authorization, or origin of a digital collectible
• Impersonate another person or organization
• Manipulate transfer, ownership, purchase, edition, or serial-number records
• Evade content moderation or safety filters
• Circumvent usage limits or purchase requirements
• Circumvent Apple’s In-App Purchase system
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, APIs, databases, or infrastructure
• Probe, interfere with, disrupt, or damage the service
• Upload malicious software or code
• Abuse automated functionality
• Scrape the service through unauthorized automated means
• Spam users
• Submit knowingly false or abusive reports
• Create accounts to evade enforcement or another user’s block
• Use the service for any unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purpose

1. MODERATION AND ENFORCEMENT

Global Analytic Solutions LLC may investigate content or activity that may violate these Terms, the Community Guidelines, applicable law, intellectual-property rights, or service-security requirements.

Depending on the circumstances, we may:

• Prevent content from being published
• Restrict content visibility
• Remove content
• Disable features
• Restrict transfers
• Adjust records affected by fraud or technical error
• Issue warnings
• Temporarily suspend an account
• Permanently terminate an account
• Preserve relevant evidence or records
• Cooperate with valid legal process
• Refer appropriate matters to relevant authorities
• Take other actions reasonably necessary to protect users or the service

Serious violations may result in immediate action without a prior warning.

We do not guarantee that every reported item will be removed or that every report will produce a particular outcome.

1. INTELLECTUAL-PROPERTY COMPLAINTS

If you believe content available through StandardMint infringes a copyright, trademark, likeness right, publicity right, or other intellectual-property right, contact:

Your complaint should include:

• Your full name and contact information
• Identification of the protected work, mark, identity, or right
• Identification of the content you believe is infringing
• Information sufficient for us to locate the content
• An explanation of the rights you believe are being infringed
• Your authority to act for the rights holder, if applicable
• Any documentation reasonably supporting your claim
• A statement that the information supplied is accurate and submitted in good faith

We may request additional information.

We may restrict or remove content while reviewing a complaint.

Repeated infringement may result in account restrictions, suspension, or termination.

Nothing in this section represents that Global Analytic Solutions LLC has registered a designated agent under any particular statutory safe-harbor program.

1. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

StandardMint relies on or interacts with third-party services, which may include:

• Apple
• Amazon Web Services
• OpenAI
• Authentication providers
• Content-safety providers
• Infrastructure and communications providers

Your use of a third-party service may also be subject to that provider’s terms, privacy policies, technical limitations, and availability.

We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, content, decisions, or actions of third-party services outside our reasonable control.

Third-party service names are the property of their respective owners. Their inclusion does not imply sponsorship or endorsement unless expressly stated.

1. OWNERSHIP OF STANDARDMINT

Except for user content and third-party materials, StandardMint and its software, interfaces, branding, graphics, documentation, designs, databases, and related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to Global Analytic Solutions LLC.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of StandardMint or any intellectual property belonging to Global Analytic Solutions LLC.

Subject to these Terms and Apple’s applicable license, Global Analytic Solutions LLC grants you a limited, personal, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use StandardMint for its intended purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit StandardMint except as permitted by applicable law, Apple’s applicable license terms, or our written authorization.

1. FEEDBACK

If you voluntarily provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback concerning StandardMint, you grant Global Analytic Solutions LLC a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free permission to use that feedback without restriction or compensation.

This provision does not give us ownership of unrelated intellectual property merely because you provided feedback.

Do not submit confidential information as feedback unless we have expressly agreed in writing to receive it confidentially.

1. ACCOUNT DELETION

You may request deletion of your account using supported functionality within StandardMint.

Account deletion may result in permanent loss of access to:

• Your profile
• Saved designs
• Draft content
• Digital collectibles
• Free monthly resources
• Promotional resources
• Purchased consumable balances
• Transfer functionality
• Social relationships
• Other account-dependent features

Account deletion is generally irreversible.

Before deleting your account, you are responsible for reviewing any remaining balances, digital collectibles, and transfer records.

Deleting your account does not automatically create a right to a refund for unused consumable resources.

Certain records may be retained after account deletion where reasonably necessary for:

• Fraud prevention
• Legal compliance
• Transaction and transfer integrity
• Preservation of serial-number and ownership records
• Moderation and safety history
• Security
• Dispute resolution
• Enforcement of these Terms
• Operational backups

Information about our data practices is provided in the StandardMint Privacy Policy.

1. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate access to some or all of StandardMint if:

• You seriously or repeatedly violate these Terms
• You violate the Community Guidelines
• Your activity creates a legal, security, safety, or operational risk
• We reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorized access
• We are required to do so by law or valid legal process
• Continuing to provide access is no longer reasonably possible

Termination may result in loss of access to content, digital collectibles, balances, and other account-dependent features, subject to applicable law.

Where appropriate, you may contact us to request reconsideration of an enforcement decision.

1. SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES

We may modify, update, suspend, replace, or discontinue StandardMint features as the service evolves.

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous or uninterrupted availability
• That every feature will remain available indefinitely
• Permanent storage of user content
• Availability of any third-party service
• That AI-generated output will satisfy a particular request
• That a design will be unique
• That content will be free from third-party intellectual-property claims
• That a digital collectible will have monetary value
• Compatibility with every device or operating-system version
• That every attempted transfer or generation request will succeed

We may perform maintenance or make changes reasonably necessary to protect, operate, or improve the service.

If the StandardMint service is discontinued, we will provide notice where reasonably practicable and legally required.

1. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StandardMint and its related services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

Global Analytic Solutions LLC disclaims warranties not expressly required by applicable law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, satisfactory quality, quiet enjoyment, title, and noninfringement.

We do not warrant that StandardMint will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.

We do not warrant the accuracy, legality, originality, uniqueness, or suitability of user-generated or AI-generated content.

Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Global Analytic Solutions LLC and its officers, members, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to StandardMint.

This includes, to the extent permitted by law, losses arising from:

• Loss of data
• Loss of content
• Loss of access
• Loss of expected value
• Unauthorized account activity
• Third-party services
• AI-generated content
• User-generated content
• Transfers made to an unintended recipient
• Intellectual-property disputes arising from user content
• Inability to use purchased resources
• Business interruption
• Conduct of another user

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or relating to StandardMint will not exceed the greater of:

• The amount you paid to Global Analytic Solutions LLC through StandardMint during the 12 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim
• One hundred United States dollars

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, these limitations apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

1. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Global Analytic Solutions LLC and its officers, members, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, and reasonable expenses arising from:

• Content you submit
• Your infringement or violation of another party’s rights
• Your misuse of StandardMint
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of the Community Guidelines
• Your violation of applicable law
• A transfer or transaction you arrange outside supported StandardMint functionality

This section does not apply to the extent a claim results from conduct for which Global Analytic Solutions LLC is legally responsible.

1. APPLICABLE LAW AND CONSUMER RIGHTS

These Terms are subject to applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms deprives you of mandatory consumer protections or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived in the jurisdiction where you live.

Disputes will be handled by courts or other forums having lawful jurisdiction unless the parties separately agree to another lawful resolution method.

These Terms do not require you to waive rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.

1. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms when StandardMint changes or when legal, technical, security, platform, or operational requirements evolve.

Updated Terms will be posted at this location with a revised effective date.

Where required by law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.

Continued use of StandardMint after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using StandardMint.

1. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

An unenforceable provision will be interpreted or limited only to the extent reasonably necessary to make it enforceable where permitted.

1. NO WAIVER

Failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision or any other provision later.

A waiver is effective only if made in writing by an authorized representative of Global Analytic Solutions LLC.

1. ASSIGNMENT

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms in a manner that circumvents account, transfer, security, purchase, or other service restrictions.

Global Analytic Solutions LLC may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate restructuring, sale of assets, financing, or transfer of the StandardMint business, subject to applicable law.

1. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, the StandardMint Privacy Policy, the StandardMint Community Guidelines, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, and any purchase terms presented before a transaction constitute the agreements governing your use of StandardMint.

They supersede prior statements concerning the same subject matter to the extent those statements conflict with these governing terms.
